Cottages
Plan your next adventure in our studio style cottages. Our cottages are well appointed including new heat pumps, comfortable beds, many new furnishings, fully equipped kitchenettes with all you’ll need to prepare meals and 3 piece washrooms.
All of our pet friendly cottages sleep 2-4 people and include access to our private trail system. Also included is access to a BBQ, Pizza Oven and Bonfire Pit. Enjoy the forest and on-site multi-use trails which wind through a stunning Acadian forest or lose your self in the sights, scents and sounds across the road along Wreck Cove’s rolling rocky beach.
We stayed here for one night while touring the Cabot Trail. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on our deck and took the time to do the hiking trail on the property – there is a nice look out point on the trail. Would recommend.
Private Trails
You will love our onsite trails. Take your time to capture the perfect nature photo while hiking or flow down our trails on your mountain bike or fat bike. Just a few steps from your cottage door you will discover the joy of the outdoors in the Cape Breton Highlands. Walk your dog and connect with your children as you soak in the sights and sounds of nature. Listen to the birds, catch a glimpse of a fox and look for signs of moose and other animals then return to your cottage for a BBQ and bonfire.
Off-Site: Cape Breton is home to thousands of kilometres of multi-use trails for snowshoeing, fat biking and hiking that are open during summer and winter. Ask us about transport to & from Snowmobile trails.
